October 1 in Oregon: Oregon Open Gi and No Gi Grappling Tournament
These two events, held on one day, continue the tradition of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi) and Sport Submission Grappling (No-Gi) in the Northwest. Both the Gi and No-Gi events follow a single elimination format with consolation matches. Every effort is made to provide at least two matches for all competitors—they may have more matches depending on their success and size of bracket.
The Oregon Open is a unique opportunity for the arts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Submission Grappling to showcase, grow, and obtain new students into the art of Grappling. We would like to thank our sponsors for their generous support and encourage all competitors and fans to do the same. These organizations play a huge part in promoting the sports of submission grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and help make our events possible. Please visit them at our events and say thank you!
