                             MASSBJJF ANNOUNCEMENT   

 

 

The Massachusetts BJJ Federation is pleased to announce its upcoming tournament September 21, 2008 at ASSOWOMPSET School in Lakeville, MA.  The tournament is to have proceeds of benefits donated to Jorge Rivera family whose daughter recently passed.  MASBJJF is proud to help our fellow fighter’s family in the New England area.  Please join us September 21, 2008 for the Jiu-Submission Wrestling (no-gi) tournament to help us support Jorge and his family.  REGISTRATION ONLY ON-LINE NO SIGN UPS AT THE DOOR THIS IS A PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY TOURNAMENT.

Registration expiration day: September 11, at 12:00 pm  for the tournament .

  

 This tournament is run under the same rules as the IBJJF no-gi guidelines.  If you plan on competing in the No-Gi Pan American Championship in NY this October this tournament will be a good warm up.  MASBJJF follows the same rules and guidelines as the IBJJF and is run in the same fashion.  Our goal is to keep the same rules as the IBJJF to have one standard set of rules and make things very well organized.
